Shading Solutions by ROLLerUP is a Newmarket, Ontario company that designs, measures, sells, installs and services aluminum retractable screens, awnings, louvered pergolas and retractable screen doors. We don't run a factory; we work with Canadian-made aluminum products, measure every opening on site, price everything in writing and back every install with a 5-year warranty.
About Shading Solutions by ROLLerUP
Shading Solutions by ROLLerUP is the retail and installation arm of ROLLerUP, a Newmarket, Ontario company. We design, measure, sell, install and service aluminum shading products: retractable screens, retractable awnings, louvered pergolas and retractable screen doors. Every product we sell is aluminum and made in Canada. We do not run a factory ourselves; our job is to understand what a homeowner or property manager needs, work out the right configuration for the opening, order the components, and put the finished system on the wall or ceiling ourselves.
Our showroom is at 1151 Gorham St, Unit 8, Newmarket, Ontario, L3Y 8Y1, open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can walk in, see slat colours and fabric samples, and talk through an opening before committing to anything. Install and service visits happen across Ontario; we also ship product across North America, including the United States, for customers who want to install it themselves or have a local contractor do it.
Every job starts with an on-site measure, because stock sizing rarely fits a real opening cleanly. We quote in writing before we book a date, we install with our own crews, and every job carries a 5-year warranty in writing, covering parts and workmanship.
What it solves
Four product lines, one point of contact
We offer retractable screens, retractable awnings, louvered pergolas and retractable screen doors, all in aluminum and made in Canada. One company measures, quotes, installs and services all four lines, so you're not juggling separate installers for the screen on your porch and the pergola over your patio.
A showroom you can walk into
Our showroom at 1151 Gorham St, Unit 8, Newmarket, Ontario is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can see colours, fabric and screen mesh in person, ask questions, and book an on-site measure before any money changes hands.
Pricing and warranty in writing
Every install starts with an on-site measure, because no two openings are identical. We price the job in writing before we book it, and every install carries a 5-year warranty in writing covering parts and workmanship, not a verbal promise.
Parts and service for any brand
If you already own a retractable screen, awning or pergola from another brand, we can often source replacement parts and handle service calls. Lead time depends on the original brand's part availability, so we tell you the wait before we order anything.
We ship, but we only install in Ontario
We ship product across North America, including the United States, for people who want to self-install or already have a contractor lined up. Our own install and service crews work in Ontario only, which keeps response times short for anyone who books a service call after the sale.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where we install this
Ontario weather is part of the design brief, not an afterthought. Pergola roofs need to shed snow load in winter and block UV in summer; screen tracks need to keep working when aluminum contracts in a cold snap. Housing stock here is mixed, older brick homes, newer builds with engineered trusses, condos with shared balconies, so a lot of the job is figuring out what the structure can actually carry before we order anything. We install in Ontario because that's where our crews and our parts stock are; we ship further because aluminum components travel well and installers across North America can put them up competently.
