Shading Solutions by ROLLerUP is the retractable screen, awning and louvered pergola brand run out of a showroom at 1151 Gorham St, Unit 8, Newmarket ON L3Y 8Y1. We design, measure, sell, install and service every project ourselves – retractable screens, retractable awnings, louvered pergolas and retractable screen doors, all aluminum, all Made in Canada. We do not treat this as a drop-ship catalogue business: someone from our team comes to the property, measures the actual opening, writes the quote against that measurement, and schedules the crew that does the install.
Our core install area is Newmarket and the rest of York Region – Aurora, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, King City, Stouffville, Uxbridge and Woodbridge and Maple – plus Toronto and Whitby. That is where most of our site visits, installs and service calls happen in a given week, and it is the area we can usually get a crew to on the shortest notice.
Outside that radius we still take on projects, but travel time becomes part of the conversation before we book the visit. The showroom is open Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00, and someone there can tell you in one call whether a given address is a straightforward add-on to an existing route or a special trip.

How far we travel for installs
We also take jobs further out from this core group when the project and the travel make sense together, often by grouping a trip with other work already scheduled nearby. The honest answer is to call and give us the address – we will tell you directly whether it fits a normal route or needs a dedicated trip, and what that means for timing.
Shipping versus installing
We ship product across North America, including the United States, for anyone who wants to self-install or have a local tradesperson do the work. Our own install and service crews, though, only go out in Ontario. If you are outside the province, we can still sell you the hardware and parts; we just will not be the ones hanging it.
Buying parts without a full install
We sell individual parts on their own and can source almost any part for almost any brand of screen, awning or pergola, not only the lines we install new. Lead time on a sourced part follows the original maker's schedule, not ours, so we will give you a realistic timeline before you order rather than guess.
